Color Coding labels meet the latest Standards

Endur ID, of Lawrence MA, announces development of Risk Alert Labels designed to meet the new standards regarding alert warnings. Endur ID supports color coding and the addition of these codes to the primary identification bands.

March 28, 2008 - PRLog -- In addition Endur ID’s standard wristband systems, products to augment present systems are also offered.
Many states have been working to adopt color standards for the indication of allergies, fall risk, DNR status, latex allergies and restricted extremities. The clear designation of the meaning of color is necessary for the elimination of confusion from one facility to another. For hospitals who wish to adopt these standards without investing in new Patient Identification Systems, Endur ID has developed Color Coded Labels which can be added to any existing patient identification wristband.

Endur ID Alert labels can be ordered in combinations to meet any state standards. Labels are presently developed to meet the standards established in AZ, CO, NV, NM, UT, CA, MN, MO, OH and PA. Other states will be added as standards are established. Custom sheets can also be developed to meet individual needs.
