Greater Milwaukee Professional Women’s Networking Group brings Women Business Owners together

Anita Bruton, Event Director of Women Business Owners (WBO) and a local business owner of Anita's Professional Writing Services, West Milwaukee, WI has started the networking group to bring local women business owners and professionals together.
 
March 22, 2008 - PRLog -- The Greater Milwaukee Professional Women’s Networking Group will hold its next monthly meeting on March 27, 2008 at Genesis Restaurant, South Hwy 100 and West Beloit Road.

Anita Bruton, Event Director of Women Business Owners (WBO) and a local business owner of Anita's Professional Writing Services, West Milwaukee, WI has started the networking group with the help of WBO to bring local women business owners and professionals in an effort to make local business more successful. for women entrepreneurs.

WBO's mission is to help more women succeed in business. “I am looking forward to this group growing and becoming a wonderful resource for women in the area.” Bruton said. She continued, “Women business owners and professionals are invited to come together to share information, resources and referrals.” The purpose of the group is to advance the growth of business throughout the greater metropolitan Milwaukee area for women in business.

WBO is an international 501c3 nonprofit organization, founded in February 2004, which provides education and support for more than 3,000 women business owners throughout the world with online and offline resources.

As well as monthly meetings, WBO is holding several online events this year.  The next event will be the annual Christmas in July slated for July 17 from 10am-6pm EST with speakers, vendors and gifts. It is always a fun time to start planning for Christmas and the vendors will have marvelous items ready for you. WBO issues time slots on a first come, first served basis so sign up today and reserve your slot.

The first national convention is October 10-12, 2008 in Houston, Texas.
