According to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, multiple sclerosis continues to be a medical mystery with its exact cause eluding the medical community and the 350,000 Americans suffering from the disease.  Multiple sclerosis is a disease of the central nervous system and often causes weakness in limbs, sensory loss and impaired vision.
