Feb. 2, 2008 - PRLog -- Dr. Daniel Hart offers his "Yogoda Self-Help" program for addiction recovery without cost as a public service, sending an 8-point therapy formula by e-mail, along with a copy of "Yogoda Perspective in Addiction Recovery." This program is based on India's Yogoda science of body/mind therapy, taught in the West by Paramhansa Yogananda (1893-1952), author of "Autobiography of a Yogi" and "Scientific Healing Affirmations," both classics of modern Yoga literature. This was the education of Dr. Hart's fifteen years of service as a resident of Yogananda's California training communities. He is now a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (www.iayt.org ).

Unrelated to this self-help recovery program, Dr. Hart represents the international Ananda Sangha society (www.ananda.org). He is their Prison Correspondence Coordinator, teaching Yogoda Kriya Yoga meditation practices, as requested by men and women incarcerated in detention facilities throughout the United States.
