Throughout history, Man has looked to chronological signposts to help us predict and make order of the universe.

Capsule biographies of the lecturers and panelists follow:

Dr. Alberto Villoldo is a Cuban American medical anthropologist and psychologist who has studied and practiced shamanism in the Andes and the Amazon for more than two decades, and has been initiated into the inner sanctum by the last of the Inca shaman masters. He is one of the early seekers of ancient ways in Peru and has studied intensively with the Q’ero for decades. His books include Shaman, Healer, Sage, The Four Insights: Wisdom, Power, And Grace of the Earthkeepers, Dance of the 4 Winds: Secrets of the Inca Medicine Wheel. In 1984, Villoldo founded the Four Winds Society, dedicated to bridging shamanic healing to modern medicine and psychology.

Daniel Pinchbeck is the author of 2012: The Return of Quetzalcoatl and Breaking Open the Head. He is the editorial director of Reality Sandwich and a columnist for Whole Life Times. His articles have appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Esquire, Wired, Harper’s Bazaar, Rolling Stone, ArtForum, and many other publications.

John Major Jenkins is a leading voice in elucidating the mysteries of ancient Mesoamerican cosmology. An independent researcher who has devoted himself to reconstructing ancient Mayan cosmology and philosophy, John frequently travels to Mexico and Central America and helped build a school in San Pedro, near Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. Since beginning his odyssey of research and discovery with the Maya, John has authored dozens of books including: Maya Cosmogenesis 2012, The Mystery of 2012.

Sharron Rose - MA.Ed, is an author, filmmaker and Fulbright Senior Research Scholar in World Mythology Dance and Theatre. She is the writer/director of the feature length documentaries 2012:The Odyssey and Timewave 2013 and producer of the Sacred Mysteries DVD Collection.

Jay Weidner - author, filmmaker and hermetic scholar. He is the producer of the documentary films: 2012: The Odyssey and Timewave 2013 and director of Secrets of Alchemy: The Great Cross and the End of Time, and the Sacred Mysteries DVD Collection.

Harijiwan Khalsa has been teacher of the science of Kundalini yoga since 1975, incorporating a vast knowledge of various methodologies and training into his practice. He directly served his teacher, Yogi Bhajan, for many years while traveling the world extensively with him. Currently a teacher at Golden Bridge in Los Angeles, Harijiwan also uses his unique relationship with the sound current to streamline and open elevated energy portals in consciousness. His Audio CD, Resound, has garnered world-wide attention for its ability to create change within the psyche and shifts in perception through the power of Gong.

The keynote speaker, Dr. Villoldo, will make his presentation in both English and Spanish.

Ms. Rose’s documentary motion picture, “Timewave 2013” (about what comes after the Great Shift), will have its premiere public screening during the Conference.
