Spillt is a motion graphics and design firm based in Denver that specializes in broadcast television and motion graphic design for networks, commercial productions, film titles, music videos and installations. Launched by Creative Director Ryan Bramwell and Managing Director Mark Kreloff, Spillt celebrates its first anniversary in January 2008. Now four partners strong (with support from our rock solid free-lance crew), the Company also counts Art Director Chris Sayres and Executive Producer Kimberly Bolick as Spillt principles.

“At Spillt, we essentially want to create motion graphics packages that build brands,” explains Bramwell. “We choose to focus on motion design that conveys the strongest and most memorable message in a very short period of time and work directly with talented live production firms to achieve natural blends between the live and graphic worlds.”

With over 7 years of production experience prior to forming Spillt, Ryan Bramwell cut his prodigious teeth in broadcast design and animation production as Senior Designer at Ultrabland, Inc. NYC as well as freelancing as a motion design director from coast to coast for some of the nations top design firms.

A media industry veteran, Mark Kreloff brings a wealth of experience and a mighty fat Rolodex as former Chairman and CEO of a leading pay television company (yes, that one!) for ten years.  Mark was also a co-founder of BingoTV® and an investment banker specializing in media transactions in his prior lives.

Kimberly Bolick came to Spillt after a seven-year stint in Los Angeles where she worked as a top tier television producer in live, reality and scripted content, most recently as a Producer at TV Guide Network.

Chris Sayres adds his vast experience in project management and recently leaving a successful position as Design Director at New Frontier Media’s award winning in-house design department. His rich, urban illustrative approach to design is a welcomed addition to the Spillt roster.

While the company may be new, the creative force behind Spillt brings over thirty-five years of experience in motion graphic design, television production and project management with notable clients including:  HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Playboy, Nickelodeon, The-N, MTV, Dish Network, Travel Channel, Food Network, ESPN, Spike TV, NBC, CBS, TV Guide and Comedy Central.

In its first year, Spillt has completed work with a number of major ad agencies and has collaborated on multiple projects with local production houses including Impossible Pictures, Rehab, and TDA.

Most recently, Spillt completed a multi-channel redesign for Playboy Entertainment. The redesign also affected website and print campaigns.  “Playboy represented a unique challenge for Spillt. Working closely with Playboy, the goal was to re-design the networks according to newly assigned brand attributes. The challenge was maintaining each channel’s unique, 25 year-old brand, yet creating an obvious connection between them.  We implemented HD green screen footage with styles that are relevant to the nature of the content and correlated to today’s mainstream pop culture.  The end result was a complete overhaul of how the consumer views this well-known brand.  We made the brand approachable on a mainstream level from young single men to older couples.” said Bramwell.

Spillt has built the foundation to become a premiere broadcast design and animation boutique. Although the Company is based in Denver, Spillt has proven to be a competitive force on both national and international stages. In short, Spillt’s goal is to fill the motion graphics/design gap between New York and Los Angeles. “Spillt’s business model is that of many of the design boutiques in New York and LA.  We run a lean firm, which allows us to hire top national talent on a project-by-project basis.  This approach gives us the flexibility to creatively execute any style the client demands,” explains Bramwell.
