Dec. 28, 2007 - PRLog -- (Holland, MI) – Crayon Interface, Inc., a leader in mobile applications and service, announced this week that C|3, a vehicle telematics solutions built off Crayon’s Moshi mobile platform, is the recipient of a 2008 Best of Innovations Award by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA).

C|3 represents the latest in vehicle security and telematics and was developed through a partnership between Crayon Interface and Autopage, a leader in vehicle security solutions.  C|3 connects car owners to their vehicles through a secure messaging service and interactive software for cell phones and PCs.

Unlike traditional vehicle security and remote start systems that can provide up to one mile connectivity to vehicles, C|3 users can access vehicle controls - including locks, ignition, windows, sliding doors, trunk etc. - from an unlimited distance via cell phones and PCs.  Crayon Interface’s Moshi Platform also allows C|3 users to track vehicles through mapping software and receive security and speed notification alerts on their cell phones or PCs.

This award represents the second time Crayon Interface has been recognized by the CEA for its Moshi technology since its founding two years ago.  Last year Crayon Interface received a 2007 Innovations Award for another “Moshi Powered” product offering.  “The Innovations Award recognizes the best in new product offerings each year,” stated Garrick Pohl, Crayon Interface’s Chief Executive Officer.  “The Best of Innovation Award is a real testament to the cooperation between Crayon Interface and Autopage – two companies dedicated to delivering exciting new products to the vehicle security industry!”

C|3 can be purchased nationwide through authorized Auto Page dealers beginning December 2007.
