Dec. 13, 2007 - PRLog -- Georgia is very close to being in a state of emergency due to its water deficient. In fact, Georgia Govenor Sonny Perdue declared a water supply emergency in north Georgia, as its water resources dwindled to a dangerously low level after months of drought.  Perdue and other politicians are doing the best they can with solving the problem.  In an attempt to assist them, The Georgia Good Samaritan Water Campaign, allows neighborly neighbors from other states to give a helping hand.

Kim King, Atlanta attorney & real estate developer, initiated the relief effort to take a proactive approach to the potential water crisis.  “There are many people, especially during these tight economic times, that have learned to be resourceful and rely upon each other to get through tough times”, Kim King comments, “I speculated that by banding together, we could make a huge dent in this water crisis.  There are a lot of good hearted people in the world.”   And, she’s counting on them now.

The Georgia Good Samaritan Water Campaign works on a simple notion:  Can you be a Good Samaritan and ship us some water?.   All that have the means to provide assistance on some level, are welcomed.

Can you assist with our water campaign?  If so, please provide assistance to:
