Dec. 4, 2007 - PRLog -- The newly designed Morris & Raper Web site won a Gold Award at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 27th Annual OBIE Awards on Nov. 3. The winning site,, was built by and was chosen as Best Web Site from a REALTOR® out of all other submissions received this year. Held every Fall, the OBIEs are industry awards that recognize the best of Atlanta’s homebuilders, developers, marketing and public relations companies for the phenomenal work done throughout the past year in the homebuilding industry. The ceremony took place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Bo Gilbert, with Mitch Levinson Consulting, was involved with the Internet Marketing strategy for Morris & Raper from the beginning of the Web site development project. The newly developed site launched in November 2006 and Morris & Raper has since experienced an increase in both sales and business. Gilbert, who continues to provide consulting to Morris & Raper Realtors on their corporate Web site as well as their client Internet Marketing efforts, has undoubtedly aided in the success of the site through his continued support.  
The new site’s navigability is truly efficient and highly intuitive for users. Users may search by location, price or product and customize the search to sort ascending or descending, allowing the user to receive the information he seeks in the way he most prefers. In addition, the site features ‘Lead Delivery Logic Unique to Business Model’ which means that online leads are immediately delivered to all appropriate parties – a benefit to both interested new home buyers and new home agents.
The site was kept simple in over all appearance, which allows the user items to stand out. Managed internally through an administrative application, the site’s data and imagery is constantly and consistently updated. Not only does the site provide up-to-date information to homebuyers, but it also meets the needs of Morris & Raper’s builders and developers while continually highlighting the Morris & Raper brand.
