To ensure a strong offering, PAX examined a number of different solutions seeking a field-proven solution that would provide reliable, high-performance, secure IP communications over WiFi. PAX selected Connect One’s iChipSec CO2128 Internet controller chip because it provided the latest SSL3 encryption, hardware-based security and all required IP protocols and applications on a single chip.
