Nov. 2, 2007 - PRLog -- While peer to peer download site Oink feels the wrath of the record industry, independent online UK music magazine - http://www.ilikemusic.com - is feeling much more relaxed having just won a BT Essence of Entrepreneur Award which sees them being photographed by celeb photographer, Perou. To celebrate the site's own 6th Birthday on National Stress Awareness Day (7 November 2007), I Like Music (ilikemusic.com) have published their Top Sonic De-stressers, having asked a variety of artists what they like to listen to when they unwind.

Surprisingly, James Blunt prefers the fast pace of Josh Wink's Higher State Of Consciousness to chill out to, while RnB star and Rihanna collaborator, Ne-Yo prefers Norah Jones, "I like Norah Jones, I like that her music is very mellow and soothing. You can sit down and let the day wash over you," says Ne-Yo.

Being on a panel of judges is quite stressful, so what does Radio 1 DJ Jo Whiley who's judging the MobileAct unsigned competition like to listen to in order to unwind? "Damien Rice," says Jo. "Although, you listen to his music and think it's really
beautiful and blissful, and then you listen to the lyrics and they're the angriest lyrics in the world. Still, I like Damien Rice or Massive Attack to chill out to."

Vocal powerhouse Alison Moyet says, "PJ Harvey White Chalk" is her top chill out tune, UB40 frontman Ali Campbell enjoys "reggae," but is "currently listening to Stevie Wonder's Number Ones album to chill out to," while Richard from Keane told ilikemusic.com, "Anything by Sigur Ros."

"Mary J Blige, All My Love is the tune I de-stress to" says Estelle who releases her new album next February. "I come in everyday, put that on and unravel until my heads in my house and then I'll put something else on."

While Harry from McFly prefers an altogether different kind of vibe:

"I can chill out to anything," he says. "Even if it's heavy, I find it relaxing because I like it so much. But I suppose Dashboard Confessional are best."
