One of Bastion’s goals is to provide affordable, turn-key solutions to protect our clients’ possessions.  With this new service line, landlords or property managers can now save time and money by leveraging Bastion’s services to: 1) Survey each unit’s move-in and move-out condition via a detailed form, high quality digital photographs of all surfaces, appliances, fixtures, etc., including make, model and serial number of each appliance;  2) Provide on-demand documentation of conditions of specific units, normally those damaged by a tenant during occupancy; and, 3) Conducting an Inventory of all tangible contents within the management offices via high quality video and photographs that in the event of a loss, will speed up the processing of insurance claims, enabling businesses to get back up and running as quickly as possible.  

Tenants also have the option to invest in the documentation of move-in and move-out conditions of their unit to assist with any disputes with their landlord or property manager.  In addition, Bastion offers its home inventory documentation services to tenants so that they are armed with the information necessary to support and expedite an insurance claim, should they ever suffer a loss.
