Baby Boomers: Sleeping Through the Night Helps You Look and Feel Years Younger

Los Angeles, CA – September 10, 2007.  Bills, work, kids, life seems to be all piling up at once, and it seems like too much to handle.  It sometimes feels like just yesterday you were hanging out at the drive-in, and sleeping in until noon, and now there is this whole life full of responsibilities that surrounds you every day.  All of a sudden the person that is staring you back in the mirror looks nothing like the person you once knew.  The fact remains that you are starting to look run down, and that age seems to be catching up with you.
