Although they were inducted in early 2007, Agape Auto Warranties has been in business since May of 2004, having developed a solid customer base in Arizona and across the United States.General Manager Mike Calozza, a New York native, spent over 30 years in the automobile industry wearing various hats; from Salesman to Office Manager and working with Auto Warranties - Mike did it all. However, the time had come in his life where he wanted to make a change and enter into a business venture of his own.

In May of 2004 he launched Agape Auto Warranties (http://www.chambercommunity.com/TracyC. ) with a friend and business partner. He wanted to start his own warranty company to give the consumer a fair and honest product without the same huge mark-up as the dealerships.

Destiny played the right deck of cards when Mike met his now wife Tracy, at a downtown restaurant called La Stalla, where she worked, and when Mike’s partner left the business a year later, Tracy joined her husband to assist with sales in May of 2005.

"With all of Mike's experience, we have several different warranty companies that we can write for. So it gives our clients a huge benefit of customizing the perfect warranty to suit their needs.“ Tracy says candidly.

Tracy’s 26 years of experience in customer service, retail, hotels and restaurants also gave her a great edge in servicing the new-found clients of Agape Auto Warranties and created an unbeatable business partnership with her husband. Then they brought on Edithe Knighton to the team to manage the front office and introduced their new part time salesman,
Chuck Miller.

In the early days, Agape Auto Warranties of Chandler was on the internet competing with all the other warranty companies for business and today they continue to do so and succeed at it because of their expertise and those little things that make Agape different from the rest.

First, Agape is a Christian company who believe in always doing the right thing for their clients.

“One of our clients asked about the name Agape, and we explained we are a Christian company and thus, the name Agape means God's pure love. Although he said he was not religious, he appreciated us having "the fear of God" and felt very comfortable purchasing from us.” says, Tracy.
Second, Agape Auto Warranties has several different warranty plans available to match their clients with the best coverage for their vehicles based on the year, make, model, and mileage; so, they research all companies to ensure they will match their client with the best price and best coverage for their money.

Additionally, with Agape Auto Warranties, a client is able to transfer or cancel a warranty without penalty. Agape also services their clients through education and customer service. All Agape customers know exactly what they are purchasing, so there are no surprises or disappointments down the road. Once Agape sells a warranty, they remain available to their clients to answer any questions that might come up.

Tracy says, “If you purchase from some other broker and have questions or problems, they will not help you. We are always here and try to help our clients in any way we can.”
