Aug. 3, 2007 - PRLog -- (San José, Costa Rica) – Yalile Alpízar, president of Costa Rica Luxury Estates in San José, Costa Rica has been accepted as a member of the International Real Estate Federation, commonly known by its French acronym, FIABCI.

Founded in Paris in 1949, FIABCI links professionals in the real-estate industry in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary network conducting business in countries around the world. The only international real-estate organization with representation in the United Nations, FIABCI is considered by real-estate professionals and those in affiliated industries to be the leading international real-estate association in the world.

“FIABCI opens doors around the world,” said Alpízar, who has been active in international transactions for 17 years in Costa Rica. As president of Costa Rica Luxury Estates, Alpízar specializes in high-end real estate and luxurious living in Costa Rica. Her company’s Web site http://www.costaricaluxuryestates.com is the number-one source for luxury real-estate searches in Costa Rica. Alpízar is the exclusive representative in Costa Rica of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate (http://www.luxuryrealestate.com) and The Board of Regents (http://www.regents.com) the most-recognized international networks of luxury real estate specialists.
