July 22, 2007 - PRLog -- Toronto, Canada (PRLog) July 20 – Germany, known for The Brothers Grimm, storybook castles, chocolate, Bach, Beethoven and the Boys, and the Rhine was one of the focal points this week at Voices.com in efforts to teach their readers more about the languages spoken in the global marketplace by native speakers at Voices.com who give companies a voice through various applications using audio.

For a language that many associate simply with Germany, the spread of the German language in the Post World War II era is amazing, branching out as far as Namibia, and spoken as a secondary language in Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, parts of France, Luxembourg, and in Italy.  It is amazing how profound a recording can be to help bridge relationships and strengthen ties between nations and corporations.  German voice over talents are finding that the majority of the work they are hired to produce for North American companies are of corporate and educational merit.

German voice talent Doris Lauerwald confides, “Many companies are acting and recruiting on an International base and e-learning projects are produced in many languages. These provide International voice talents with a lot of work, especially on websites likes Voices.com, as you've found a way to bring talents and talent seekers together - thinking globally and acting locally."

In agreement with Doris Lauerwald ( http://dorislauerwald.voices.com ) , Armin Hierstetter ( http://armin.voices.com ), a German male voice talent, added an interesting observation, stating “To the best of my knowledge, there are no voice over portals like Voices.com in Germany with a focus on German voice over talents. While there are many studios that have their own talents of choice who are listed free of charge, they don’t appeal to the global marketplace. The good thing about portals like Voices.com is that they attract a wider range of voice seekers.”

Although it may be easier to search for and find native German voice over talent online, Christian Buesen, a native speaker of German, recognizes that it takes a lot of hard work as the content producer work to be found on the Internet.  His efforts, aside from voice over, have been focused on optimizing his website to attract visitors, acknowledging that he couldn’t do his work without it.

Christian relates, “A few weeks ago I started an English version of my website because of the growing International demand. I don't really have to knock on doors anymore. My online presence works by itself and I have many returning clients. New German clients find my website due to a good ranking in Search engines while International clients find my site by Google (German voice talent) or via marketplaces.”

One of the best ways to find a native speaker of German is to conduct a search online or post a job using the Voices.com web service, home to over 15,000 voice over talents, hundreds of which, both male and female, are native speakers of Chinese located around the world including talent from Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
