On the other hand employees do get boredom with mechanical chain of their lifestyle, wherein the presence of attrition takes place i.e. the shrinkage in the number of the employee due to various reasons like want of more money, to break the chain of monotonous, less compatible with the co-workers and the boss, last but not the least shift of the partner’s work in to a long desired career along with geographical change makes an employee to leave the organization.


What kind of industries faces attrition to its highest? Answer pops up without a fraction of second duration those are IT enables service i.e. BPO which is the largest employment generator in the current century, these Bpo’s created a big boom in industry and created a revolution which ultimately solved the purpose of unemployment. But in mean time revolution sway in different direction resulting in attrition.

However it’s not an easy task to HR personnel to patch up the ever increasing demand of manpower, why does the revolution sway in different direction?


Was it the inefficiency of Employer to sustain the manpower? Or was it the inability of employee to match up the expectation of the employer?

But few to be listed in the common view points are work timing which is against the schedule of nature i.e. night shifts contribute to one of the major reason, monotonous at work, continues thirst for more money as every day begins with inauguration of new IT enables service organizations hence the employee tends to move on to grasp up more salary structure making advantage of the growing competition in these industries, the list is compromises lot of more reason for which the attrition takes place.


Due to attrition as there are no benefits but the loss is towards the organization, Includes cost spent on advertising over recruitment, conducting interviews, training cost, replacement cost foremost important is the time consuming duration spent on these employees who shift in short duration of time. There are also demerits attached to the employees are bad career track, poor knowledge on technology (as regular changes doesn’t allow a person to learn a skill completely), and to conclude the employee develop a habituate on shifting the jobs for purpose of not being content.

Hence the Ultimate fact is a Big Task of an organization would be controlling and managing the attrition rate by various and enormous methods to satisfy the employee in order to sustain him with organization for considerable period of time duration.
