June 14, 2007 - PRLog -- Alan The Internet Guy is using youtube for an important public service announcement.  Too many people are doing too many tasks at once and are at risk of hurting themselves.  People need to slow down.

Alan The Internet Guy feels that since people are so busy doing different tasks at once, they forget about the most important thing, other people.  When people are ignored, it causes them to be depressed.

Alan The Internet Guy feels if people just spend 4 to 5 minutes each day listening to one person a day, this will help make a lot less people depressed.
