Friends Of Scouting Funding Effort Starts With Kickoff Breakfast

March 19, 2007 - PRLog -- RALEIGH, N.C. – The Occoneechee Council, Boy Scouts of America have announced that their 2007 Friends of Scouting campaign will kick off on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 with a breakfast event at Prestonwood Country Club at 300 Prestonwood Parkway in Cary at 7:15 a.m.  Ernie McAlister, Mayor of Cary, will be the honorary breakfast chairman and Peter Laviolette, head coach of the Stanley Cup Champions Carolina Hurricanes will be the event’s keynote speaker.
