Easyodds.com Xfactor Betting: Clear Three-horse Race With Leona Leap-frogging Ben

Dear Xfactor fans…. Easyodds.com experts got it right last time in the ‘Next Eviction’ market with Nikitta, advising you to take the BestPrice 10/3 on her to go. So we will try to continue the run in the next show.

Nov. 13, 2006 - PRLog -- To me The MacDonald Brothers, despite their huge Scottish following, must be nearing the end of their journey. Simon Cowell has expressed his frustration that they have survived so long and with them looking sure to be in the final two sing-off this week the 13/8 on offer is worth snapping up. The layers clear favourite LEONA now at around 11/10. Ben will still have his supporters despite being dislodged as the market leader at around 2/1, while at 4/1 Eton Road bid to become the first group to win the show.

Would she have made it in the music industry?.. Well as Elton John sang, “Nikitta you will never know”! The 17 year-old Scot became the latest act to leave this series of The X Factor after a nail-biting finale to last Saturday’s show.

After losing Ashley the week before it was another bad show for mentor and judge Simon Cowell, as two of his remaining three acts (Ray and Nikitta) found themselves in the bottom two sing-off.

When decision time came, other judges Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh made things interesting by predictably choosing to keep one act each leaving Simon the unenviable task of having to boot off one of this own singers.

He chose to stick with teenage crooner Ray, but was clearly gutted saying that “neither act deserved to be in the bottom two tonight”.

We are now half-way through the final twelve with six contestants left, and all three judges will fancy their chances of fostering the winner each having two acts left to do battle with.

However in most people’s eyes the six is really down to just three with Leona, Ben and group Eton Road showing the best qualities so far, and with the trio all under a different mentor expect a tense final few weeks.

In the betting the outright market mirrors these feelings making it a clear three-horse race with Leona leap-frogging Ben as the layers clear favourite now at around 11/10. Ben will still have his supporters despite being dislodged as the market leader at around 2/1, while at 4/1 Eton Road bid to become the first group to win the show. Baring these three you can get a massive 25/1 and bigger on the others Ray, Robert and the MacDonald Brothers, who all look like they are just singing for pride.

Of the other markets that caught my eye the forecast option is tempting. Just like in horseracing some bookmakers are giving you the chance to pick the first and second finishers. Leona is my idea of the winner showing the best star qualities, so why not pair her up with Ben and Eton Road in the forecast market. Leona to come first and Ben second is available around the 9/4 mark, while Leona to win and Eton Road to be runners-up can be backed at 7/2. Both are worth an interest and should yield a nice profit if a relevant staking plan is introduced.
