Movie rental technology is ever changing, and a recent launch of a DVD rental kiosk in Threshers, Oswestry gives further support to the speculated spread of this technology in the UK and Ireland in 2008.

In the coming weeks Irish shoppers will be able to benefit from a robotically operated DVD rental vending concept housed in Tesco, Applegreen and Centra stores across the Emerald Isle which if successful will be rolled out across their Irish stores.
