Logic Speak Acquires IT Managed Services Company Pro OnCall Southeast

ROSWELL, Ga. - Dec. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Logic Speak announced today that it has acquired Atlanta-based, Pro OnCall Southeast (http://www.prosoutheast.com/). Pro OnCall Southeast has provided high quality network and computer support to small and medium businesses in Metro Atlanta since 1998. This acquisition marks a huge milestone for Logic Speak – one that is almost 12 years in the making.

When asked why the acquisition, Jason Etheridge, Logic Speak CEO, said, “The reason is rooted in our mission – “to use our abilities and technology to have a positive impact on the lives of our clients and our employees.”  Acquiring Pro OnCall Southeast gives Logic Speak the opportunity to serve more clients and more employees with additional capabilities and resources.
