New Sales Vice President Joins Mantua Manufacturing

WALTON HILLS, Ohio - Dec. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Mantua Mfg. Co., the leading manufacturer of innovative bed frames and the distributor of Rize adjustable beds, has hired Dirk Smith as Vice President of Sales for the Western Region.

Smith will be based in the Dallas, Texas, area and will be responsible for Mantua’s sales and sales development across 25 western states. Dirk reports to Neil Dwyer, Executive Vice President of Sales.

With over 20 years of bedding experience, Smith has a solid record of mattress sales, sales management, and marketing performance involving a number of key retailers and chains, including national accounts. Smith worked with Sealy from 1995 to mid-2011, where he held posts in field and district sales management. He then joined Boyd Specialty Sleep, growing sales for the last four years as the Vice President of Sales for the Southwest Region.

Smith’s proven industry expertise in the South will be very valuable to Mantua’s continued development of the western region and to the growth of the Mantua and Rize brands overall.
