Lee & Associates Atlanta Named Exclusive Leasing Agent for AVATRON Park™

Nov. 30, 2015 - PRLog -- ATLANTA, GA--AVATRON Park, a next-generation theme park  and adjacent hospitality and retail complex to be built north of greater Atlanta, has named Lee & Associates Atlanta (http://www.lee-associates.com/atlanta/) the exclusive leasing agent for the Park.

Prior to designation as the Park’s exclusive leasing agent, Jim Simpson, senior director for Lee & Associates, began initial collaboration in early 2014 with Garrett and his principal partners; James Ram, concept originator and vice chairman; and Jo Ram, president and COO. Simpson has remained a close advisor and champion of the project since that time.

Slated for completion in early 2019, AVATRON Park is being described as a first-of-its-kind theme park geared for the 21st century with the hallmark of seamlessly embedded technology. The AVATRON Park visitor experience will include immersive, interactive, and socially engaged features that raise the bar on every level of experiential entertainment.

Located at the theme park’s perimeter will be an equally immersive and technologically advanced AVATRON branded 300,000-square-foot smart lifestyle shopping center and dining area. Also included are two hotels with a combined 500 rooms and a 10,000 seat outdoor amphitheater.

According to Simpson, Lee & Associates is primarily focused on hospitality and multi-family projects at this time. His team is working closely with New York–based Newmark Grubb Knight Frank on the retail projects.
