Follow on Google News | Ingerman Awarded Funding to Build Six Affordable Housing Communities in New Jersey2016 is poised to be a big year for Ingerman as new rental communities will rise in Middlesex, Union, Burlington, Hunterdon and Essex Counties.

Additionally, Ingerman will develop affordable family apartments in Rahway, Union County and in Westhampton Township, Burlington County. Additionally, Ingerman secured funding for two affordable family rental communities in Flemington, Hunterdon County, and in Newark, Essex County. These projects will bring new housing to growing regions of New Jersey where affordable rentals are in high demand.
