Penn Mutual Praises Adelphi University Business Interns

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. - Nov. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Business students interning at The Life Planning Group, a unit of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, have been praised for their initiative and enterprise and the benefits they bring to the firm.

Peter Ganley, managing partner for Penn Mutual, said that Adelphi interns “bring a new energy to the firm, as they play a valuable role in marketing initiatives including rugby partnerships and branding, social media, marketing campaigns, event planning, and recruiting.”  He continued, “With the help of our Adelphi interns, our agency has been able to deepen client relationships, explore new ways of communicating, and help us create a brighter future for generations to come.”

Penn Mutual has been a strong proponent of Adelphi students. Since 2014, 10 students from the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business have interned at Penn Mutual.  Internships are a key component of the Adelphi education experience and presently more than 200 students are interning at business and non-business organizations throughout the region.
