ABRA Announces 14 Locations in Four States

MINNEAPOLIS - Nov. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a leading national damaged vehicle repair company, officially announced today it has closed on the acquisition plans announced earlier this month to purchase 11 CollisionMax Auto Body and Glass repair centers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The acquisition results in ABRA’s initial entry into New Jersey and doubles its presence in the Philadelphia metropolitan area – a region the company entered just six months ago. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

In two additional growth moves also reported today, the company expanded in both Missouri and Illinois with the opening of a new repair center in Maryland Heights, Missouri and the acquisition of West Loop Auto Body, two shops in Chicago, Illinois. The company now has 10 locations in Missouri and 42 in Illinois.

With the announcements ABRA’s nationwide network has increased to 334 repair centers in 24 states. The ongoing growth is part of an aggressive strategy to dramatically increase its presence in major markets around the country.
