BRC Capital Solutions Arranges Agency Financing for Ohio Apartment Complex

CINCINNATI - Nov. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- BRC Capital Solutions, LLC has successfully closed a $2,1500,000 Freddie Mac mortgage secured by am 84 Unit Apartment Complex in Middletown, OH called Aspen Grove. The loan carried an interest rate of 4.86% fixed for ten years, amortizing over 30 years. Proceeds were used as a cash out refinance for the property which was built in 1997 using Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  "The challenge here was the the property had a LURA contrac which was slightly outside of the box on conventional Agency Lending," said a manger from BRC Capital Solutions.   BRC was able to get financing done through one of their "go-to" multifamily lenders for the transaction.
