Windsong Properties Celebrates 12th Anniversary

ATLANTA - Nov. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Windsong Properties celebrated its 12th anniversary on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015 at the new clubhouse at Bel-Aire, an exclusive active adult community in Powder Springs, with its vendors and staff. Guests were asked to bring donations for MUST Ministries, a local nonprofit organization committed to those in need.

"We decided to partner with MUST again because of its commitment to serve our neighbors in need," explained Steve Romeyn, managing partner of Windsong Properties. "We were astounded by the donations and know they will go to good use."

Known as Georgia's most respected servant-leader, MUST was established more than 40 years ago and now encompasses 6,000-plus volunteers in Marietta, Smyrna, Canton and Cherokee. The organization's offerings and services include groceries, hot meals, emergency shelter, supportive housing, clothing, employment services, seasonal outreach (Summer Lunch and Christmas Toy Shop) and donation centers.

In addition to learning about MUST, guests were treated to a lunch from Slope's BBQ and a celebratory cake. Romeyn and his business partner Mark Carruth took time to thank Windsong Properties' vendors and staff, who are an integral part of the builder's success.

"With 81 homes closed in 2015, we had record sales this year," said Romeyn. "Though, our success is more than just that number. It is also focused on serving our customers through the whole process. The only way we can obtain optimal customer satisfaction is because of our vendors."
