Leading industry players in the starch world discuss Asia’s pea, corn, potato, rice starch market developments and value-added products. Thailand’s major starch producer – Sanguan Wongse Industries’ Managing Director – Thidarat Rodanant presents their sustainable cassava plantation in the country.
