Self sustainable thermal eco housing units is now a necessity, given the change in climate which is affecting the way we live now and into the future. Existing modes of living are obsolete as the existing housing stock is not thermally efficient. Houses consume vast amounts of energy needing excessive heating and coolingwith then added disadvantage of being totally reliant on externally supplied services such as water, electricity, sewage, gas, fuel and food.

By producing all our major needs locally, within the complex we are in control and own the resource. In the process, we will reduce our carbon footprint while significantly reducing our cost of living. No water or electricity bills ~ EVER!

Our existing outdated lifestyle modes contribute significantly to global warming and it must change. While international government haggle at conferences about emissions output, carbon increases year on year threatening the existence of future generations. Global populations see the need to change and want to change to a more sustainable way of life but are not provided with options on HOW to change. As the awareness of climate change increases and the conventional housing stock diminishes, demand for self sustainable eco living environments is on the increase. Ecoplex is a self sustainable eco village of 40 upmarket eco houses and 4 commercial sectors It is to be built from a thermally sound waste product. Every structure is an independent powerhouse that produces all of its electricity, water, food, bio gas, bio fuel from renewal energy sources. Ecoplex is to be built on 10 acres already purchased in the state of New South Wales, Australia situated halfway between Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.

Once built, the eco houses will be sold complete with all the necessary technology installed, ready to move in, realising a qick ROI for investors The 4 commercial sectors at Ecoplex will provide owners with business opportunities to service the needs of residents, of the complex.

The commercial services sectors consist of :

Cafe, Superette, Massage studio, wifi lounge, organic restaurant, coffee bar, retail shops, health beauty spa, medical centre, recreation centre, cocktail bar, club, gym, crèche, eco branded household products, organic food grown onsite and ancillary services.

All these services are provided at little or no cost to the environment with no ongoing service bills for residents of the complex. It provides a safe. Conventional financial structures such as banks have not caught up with the groundswell support of this need for change. Demand from the population for this new way of eco-living is at peak.
