RSM US Expands Consulting Services Through Junction Solutions Transaction

CHICAGO - Nov. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- RSM US LLP (RSM) - the nation's leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market - announced today the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Junction Solutions, a national technology consulting firm, subject to the terms and conditions of the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on Dec. 1, 2015.

The combination expands RSM’s consulting practice by adding more than 200 talented individuals to the RSM team and adding Junction Solutions’ deep expertise and knowledge in the area of resource planning (ERP) software and solutions for vertical markets. The combined firm will immediately become one of the largest U.S. providers of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX solution, an ERP software solution for multi-site, international enterprises.
