Healbe GoBe™ Becomes First Wearable Device To Automatically Track Daily Hydration Level

The innovative technology will be integrated into all Healbe GoBe™ body managers via a firmware update that was released today.

Current hydration trackers require the user to input the amount of fluids they have consumed throughout the day. Only Healbe GoBe eliminates this step as it automatically measures water intake from food and beverages, delivering to the user their overall hydration level as NORMAL or LOW. Users can also choose to be alerted via a quick vibration and on-display message encouraging them to drink if they need to replenish their body’s hydration level.

GoBe utilizes data collected from its impedance sensor to measure the user’s overall hydration level. To determine whether they need more water, Healbe FLOW Technology™ takes into consideration their level of physical activity and amount of calories burned.

The body’s hydration level influences one’s wellbeing in a number of ways, including energy level and complexion, as well as digestive, muscular, and immune system health.
