Citra Health Provides Support to Momcology and Pediatric Cancer Families

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Nov. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- As part of the company’s commitment to social responsibility on behalf of its team members, Citra Health Solutions presented a check this month to Momcology, a Jacksonville-based non-profit organization. Momcology was founded with the mission to provide support to parents of pediatric cancer patients allowing them to be the source of strength to their children as they battle the disease. Momcology bridges the gap of isolation and loneliness that a parent feels after their child is diagnosed with cancer by facilitating an international peer support network and events that encourage parents to be part of a compassionate, healing and empowering community.

In addition to volunteering their time on various Momcology outreach projects throughout the year, Citra recently held a corporate fund-matching program.
