This means we’re the only bar that consistently carries most of the regions craft beers. We will continually work through the seasonality and various types of incredible local beers now being brewed in Western North Carolina.” The additional taps will be installed by Mid-October, just in time for Oktober Fest. The success of the ICE BAR is a testimony to the vision of Aleks and the support of his dedicated team. “Our team work hard to be creative and to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for all of our patrons. In particular Lori Meadows is our bar manager and has been instrumental in creating new cocktails and martinis that are unique to us.” The ICE BAR has not only increased the range of beers on tap, they have continued to add their already impressive menu and top shelf liquors. Their fan favorite the Yugo burger now has a twin the Fiat Burger. It also includes their top three favorite wraps – Mediterranean, Buffalo Chicken and Humus. Special Evenings and events have continued to be added as Lori explains. “We have added additional special evenings to compliment our successful Thirsty Thursday where every beer on tap is $3.00. Team Trivia Night is every Tuesday and is free to play. We also host a championship trivia night every 3 months where you can win up to $10,000. This is complimented with our Tuesday Fish tacos. The program enables its members to receive awards for every dollar they spend at the ICE Bar, including a 5-hour and all day Limousine rides courtesy of Biltmore Limousine service.
