Consulting Magazine Names RSM's Theresa Merlino A Future Leader

CHICAGO - Nov. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- RSM US LLP – the nation’s leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market – is pleased to announce that Theresa Kain Merlino was recently selected by Consulting magazine as a Future Leader award recipient as part of the publication's ninth annual Achievement Awards: Women Leaders in Consulting.

Merlino, a principal with RSM, specializes in performance improvement. She was recognized, along with other award winners, during a November 12 awards gala at the St. Regis Hotel in New York. Merlino was selected as an award recipient for her achievements and leadership in the consulting field.

Theresa assists clients across the country with business process improvement (BPI) and internal control enhancement-related services. She facilitates performance improvement by helping clients integrate technology, data analytics and process design. Theresa has experience in strategic business planning, facilitating the strategy process from the initial research phases through to the development and execution of action plans.

Theresa is also a featured speaker throughout the country on BPI, using data analytics to drive performance, and integrating internal controls with efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
