The Next Frontier in Natural Living: Non-Toxic Underwear

NEW YORK - Nov. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- A new study by Swedish researchers finds that chemicals used in textile manufacturing remain in clothing long after purchase, thus posing a risk to human health and the environment. Thundress underwear is designed to keep the toxic chemicals from fabric out of our most sensitive places.

The company launched a Kickstarter on November 9, 2015 and within 24 hours had already blown past its goal.

The products are made in the USA of 100% organic cotton and low-impact dyes, accompanied by a message of women’s empowerment and girl power. As the company grows, Thundress will expand to more sizes and other forms of intimates.

Thundress was founded by NYU graduate and former Fulbright Scholar Tylea Richard. Tylea has years of experience in social compliance, logistics, sourcing and product development. Thundress allows her to combine her passion of women’s health and sustainable fashion.
