Earl Barbeau of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties leases proprty to Victory Blue

LAS VEGAS - Nov. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Earl Barbeau of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties recently completed a three-year lease transaction on a 15,420 square foot manufacturing building to Victory Blue. The property is located at 2532 Abels Lane in Las Vegas. Barbeau represented the property owner in the transaction.

This is Victory Blue’s 10^th manufacturing facility and 39^th supply point operation in the United States. Victory Blue is a leading manufacturer of technology that is used in all diesel engines as well as new construction and farm equipment. “Our Las Vegas facility is being built to meet the demands of this area of the country, which was previously being served from our California and Phoenix operations,” said Victory Blue executive vice president Jason Lower

Victory Blue is a manufacturer and distributor of an environmentally friendly product called Diesel Exhaust Fluid. “Diesel Exhaust Fluid is a solution that is used in Selective Catalytic Reduction, or SCR,” said Lower. “We make the solution used in SCR that takes harmful nitrogen oxide in the exhaust stream of any diesel engine and converts it to water and nitrogen.” Diesel Exhaust Fluid eliminates 90 percent of exhaust pollutants when used in diesel engines.
