Located in Bandra (West), Mumbai, Four Fountains De-Stress Spa offers more than 20 scientifically proven spa therapies categorized into programmes like Pain Relief, Better Sleep, Anxiety Relief, Anti-Fatigue, Immunity Booster, AO De-tox, Skin Whitening, Age Reversal at prices starting as low as Rs. 999/-. Our spa doctor conducts a stress test for each guest and recommends a spa therapy based on the results of the test. Each programme is a 12 week combination of therapeutic massages, diet recommendations, exercise recommendations, lifestyle recommendations and your progress is measured and monitored by our spa doctor.

All therapies are provided in a scientific and holistic manner based on a guest’s needs.Every therapist undergoes rigorous training at the spa’s dedicated training academy in Pune. While the spa serves men as well as women, it follows a same-gender therapist policy.

Four Fountains De-Stress Spa also offers a Couples’ Suite at its spa. The suite has been built such that couples can experience spa therapies in each other’s company without compromising on privacy. Therapies are provided by same-gender therapists, i.e. a lady therapist for a lady and a gentleman therapist for a gentleman. A screen separates the two massage beds to allow couples to converse while two separate shower enclosures are provided within the same room.

Four Fountains De-Stress Spa was launched in 2007 and has since then expanded to Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Pune. It has served over 3,50,000 guests and plans to set up 100 spas in the top 20 cities of India.
