Once hired by Silicon Valley based Management Solutions, Inc. to build a “Global Pipeline” of IT talent to serve high-tech clients, Carl then lead MSI’s expansion into Asia in 2000 and oversaw the integration of MSI into TMP Worldwide.  In 2004, through a management buyout, Carl took the Bangkok business private, building it into a top player in the Thailand market and selling it to a large and publicly traded Japanese recruitment firm in 2013.
