Stratford Orthodontics Is Spreading Smiles Among the Needy

STRATFORD, Conn. - Nov. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Stratford Orthodontics is getting a jump start on the holidays with a food drive to feed the hungry in our community. In conjunction with Sterling House Community Center, Stratford Orthodontics will be collecting non-perishable food items to help those in need.

         “We’ve started the food drive to make it easy for patients and their families to make donations to Sterling House when they come in for appointments, but you don't have to be a patient of Stratford Orthodontics to participate,” says Dr. Jeff Kozlowski. “Anyone can come by during our office hours to drop off their donations.”

         Patients and community members are invited to bring jarred, canned, or dry goods to Stratford Orthodontics, located off I-95 at 2499 Main Street. Donations will be accepted through Dec. 15.  Sterling House has requested jelly, boxes of cereal, soups and peanut butter, but any non-perishable goods are welcome, including canned fruit, condiments and rice. In 2014, Sterling House received enough food to prepare over 51,000 meals for individuals and families alike. This year, Stratford Orthodontics hopes to increase that number even more.
