FEATHERSTONE, U.K. - Nov. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Route One Highways Rail division grows with further awarded contracts from AMCO to project manage Network Rail critical bridge refurbishment throughout Yorkshire as part of the CP5 Framework.

Managing the needs of AMCO, Route One have been contracted to provide a one-stop-shop service managing the complete refurbishment of four bridges in York that forms part of 5,000 projects to be completed in five years to improve Britain’s rail infrastructure.

Taking complete control of the supply chain, Route One have already completed two of the four bridges ensuring swift completion and limited network disruption by working simultaneously on two bridges with their preferred suppliers.

The scope of works includes planning the bridge decks to remove surface Tarmac, preparing and repairing the bridge deck, applying concrete screeding, waterproofing, expansion joint repair, resurfacing, and finally white lining.
