HIT Executive Consulting Announces New Director of Certification Utilization

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. - Nov. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- HIT Executive Consulting, the leader in certification assistance for women, minority and disadvantaged businesses, has announced the addition of LaToya C. Staten as its Director of Certification Utilization. Ms. Staten brings more than 15 years of experience to HIT Executive Consulting in her new role. Ms. Staten has worked on public and private economic development opportunities in key industries such as cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Her most recent projects were with the State of Maryland.

Ms. Staten’s public service includes serving on the following boards and committees: Anne Arundel County Public Schools Citizen Advisory Committee, Betamore Tech Mentor, ITNova, Inc., Michigan State Alumni Association, and the BwTech Business and Cyber Advisory Boards. LaToya also serves as a site visitor for National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC) and is a monthly guest on Morgan State University's Briefcase Radio Show.
