ST. LOUIS - Nov. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Engage, experts in the design and development of web and mobile solutions for enterprises, announces Henry Kenuam’s move to the role of chief executive officer (CEO). As CEO, Kenuam, co-founder and former chief technology officer (CTO), will oversee Engage’s day-to-day operations and focus on defining and implementing repeatable project management processes in order to best-serve customers. Rich Campbell and Kevin O’Brien will resume their roles as president and chief operating officer (COO), respectively.

With more than 20 years of experience, Kenuam founded Engage alongside Campbell in 1999. As CTO, Kenuam spearheaded the creation of enterprise-level solutions, developing and managing projects while building relationships with Engage’s diverse client base. Now, as CEO, Kenuam will instill best practices in project management across the organization so that each and every client obtains a consistent, high-level of customer service.

“With our enterprise focus, gone are the days where we could take on every type of project that crossed our desks,” said Henry Kenuam, CEO, Engage. “While that approach works for a small firm with just a few staff members, it does not scale to fit our business model today. As we continue to grow in 2016, it is important that we have clearly defined processes and workflows in place. These processes will serve as the foundation for everything we do moving forward.”

Prior to Engage, Kenuam served as an architect and project manager for Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, and managed multi-million dollar software development projects for Maritz. He also spent several years as an architect and lead developer for Gateway Insurance Company and recently as a product team architect for Dominion Enterprises.

Rich Campbell, president, Engage, said, “2015 has been a record year for Engage. If we want to replicate that success in the coming years, we need to reshape our way of thinking and our approach to customer service. Expanding Henry’s responsibilities to CEO will help us reach these goals, as he shifts his focus from the technology side to the processes that allow us to meet our clients’ needs.”
