We certainly caught the attention of children across the country with a competition that encouraged them to use their imaginations. “The quality of entries was superb and all the staff here were impressed by the hard work all our entrants put into their entries. Well done to all of them,” said Dianne. “The judges had an extremely difficult job on the day in choosing the winners of the 3 categories, who were: Under 8’s 1st place - Ethan Mumford (age 7) – Alvaston, Derby 2nd Place Georgina Brown (age 2 1/2) – Warmley, Sutton Coldfield 3rd Place Edie Layfield (age 6) – Stroud, Gloucestershire 8years – 12 years 1st Place - Katie Prescott (age 9) - Dronfield, Derbyshire 2nd Place - Lechelle Williams (age 10) – London 3rd Place - Chloe Wells (age 12) – Irthlingborough, Wellingborough Teens 1st Place - Amelia Chamberlain (age 13) – Quarndon, Derby 2nd Place - Sumayya Aswat (age 15) – Leicester 3rd place - Chloe Madelin (age 16) – Breadsall, Derby The overall winning design was a superb reindeer card drawn by DAISY ARMITAGE (age 13) of Trowbridge, Wiltshire who will receive £100 in Amazon vouchers.
