Follow on Google News | National Wingsuit Record Attempt at Skydive the Beach and Beyond West Coast Sundowner EventThe current national Wingsuit record is 16 WS pilots, which was also recorded at Skydive the Beach and Beyond York in August 2014 by an all WA team. The visually spectacular attempt will take place during the West Coast Sundowner (WCS) event held at mutli award Skydive the Beach and Beyond York drop zone. This annual event features international, national and local coaches and participants, performing a variety of skydiving disciplines including flat flying, freeflying, formation skydiving, wingsuiting and canopy piloting. This is made possible by untilising 3 large skydiving aircraft. The West Coast Sundowner event will continue every day, concluding on Saturday 7th November. The general public can get a taste for this amazing event with a special offer of a 14,000ft tandem skydive for just $249 (normally $399) for the duration.
