Joe Knipp Manager of Chicago National Commercial Services Seattle

SEATTLE - Nov. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- (Seattle, WA) November 2, 2015—Joe Knipp brings his extensive experience into a new role as Manager of Chicago Title National Commercial Services in Seattle.

Along with overseeing the department, Joe serves as senior commercial counsel providing valuable underwriting analysis in the closing of complex commercial transactions. Joe previously worked in the corporate claims department as regional quality assurance counsel, where he gained experience in the resolution and prevention of high-exposure claims. In addition, Joe previously served as underwriting counsel for Washington and Montana where he advised the company and its agents on insuring commercial properties.

Joe graduated with a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Washington and Missouri. He looks forward to this next chapter in his professional career where he will continue to guide the Seattle team in helping clients meet their goals in commercial transactions.
