Laura Chiesman Named President Of Firstwave Financial

SATELLITE BEACH, Fla. - Nov. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- FirstWave Financial (http://www.firstwavefinancial.com/) announced today that Laura Chiesman, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, has been promoted to president of the Satellite Beach-based wealth management firm, effective January 1, 2016.  Chiesman, formerly vice president of client services and WealthCoach™ for the firm, joined FirstWave in 2001.  In addition to her new position, Chiesman will become owner of the firm, which just recently celebrated its 20th anniversary.

Chiesman, who grew up in Indialantic, Florida is a graduate of Melbourne High School and earned a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Central Florida.  In addition to her leadership at the firm, she is the past president of the American Business Women’s Association, Oceanside Charter Chapter, and also serves on the Genesis House governing board, which provides transitional shelter for homeless women and their children.
