Uklipz Social Media Inc. Enters Licensing Agreement with Mobile Apps Provider

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Nov. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Uklipz Social Media Inc (Uklipz) and Weyland Tech Inc. (OTC Markets: WEYL) (Weyland Tech) has signed a letter of intent for a strategic licensing agreement that will help both companies penetrate an emerging $77 billion dollar mobile app and user generated content (UGC) video marketplace.

"Our combined technologies will deliver a simple and easy solution for the 8 in 10 small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) that don't have a mobile marketing solution or app,” says Stewart Irvine, CEO of Uklipz.

A report by Endurance International Group states that 78% of U.S. small-business respondents said their businesses did not have a mobile solution or app and that 71% of them felt having one would have a positive impact on their businesses.

The Licensing Agreement will see Weyland Tech as the exclusive licensee of Uklipz’s proprietary video social media marketing platform for the Asia region; and, Uklipz responsible for launching Weyland Tech's CreateApp platform to North America’s Hispanic market.

A formal agreement is expected to be signed within 45 days.
