Anna Louise Andersson Performs LIVE on the GingerNewYork TV Show in New York City

NEW YORK - Nov. 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Anna Louise Andersson: Ms. Andersson can be described as a powerful, multifaceted and sensitive singer. Her voice has been praised as “full, strong and warm” by jazz singer Cassandra Wilson.

Swedish born Anna Louise is currently living in Stockholm but has also lived in London, Los Angeles, where she attended the “Applied Music Program at Santa Monica College, and most recently in NewYork City where she graduated from the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in Manhattan in 2011. A year later she moved back to Sweden after six years in the United States. Her education, inspiration and influences from these places can be heard in her music that has elements of Jazz, R&B, Blues and Afro-Latinmusic.

Her songs are filled with vivid musical colors, strong dynamics and lots of power.

In the summer of 2015, Anna Louise released her first EP ”TigerLoose...” with her own original music. The EP was recorded with 12 musicians and the release was held at “Fasching” in Stockholm.

Anna Louise has shared stages with Roy Hargrove, Mark Whitfield, James Genus, Bernard Purdie and in Sweden: Peter Asplund, Håkan Broström, Bernt Rosengren, Calle Baggeand, Isabella Lundgren, to name a few. She has been featured as a soloist with big bands and other constellations, as a back vocalist, as a leader for her own band and has also performed on TV shows in NewYork City.

Right now Anna Louise is working as a freelance singer in varies groups and with her own band. She is currently writing music for a full album of original music, set to be released in 2016.

She has interviewed with top financial publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Wealth Manager.

Ms. Broderick completed her TV Producer’s Certification at Manhattan Neighborhood Network and launched her own talk/variety show, GingerNewYork. Segments of the show are aired LIVE at the MNN studios and taped at the Gibson Guitar showroom/Rehearsal Studios in New York City.

Broderick is a faculty member of Queens College/CUNY Continuing Education Program. Broderick obtained a B.S. degree in accounting from St. John’s University in New York City and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.
